Preparation of Meduwada
- Add one volume of Instant Meduwada mix with 250 ml (2 average cup size) of water & mix it slowly into a batter without lumps.
- Allow it to stand without disturbing for10 minutes. Mould wadas in doughnut shape as per usual size.
- Deep-fry wadas on medium heat until crispy & golden brown color is developed. Serve hot wadas with sambhar & coconut chutney.
- You can make approximately 15 - 18 wadas from the 200g pack.
