Flattened Rice / Poha Khaman Dhokla

Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings
- 200 Grams Flattened Rice or Poha
- 2 Glass Butter Milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric or Haldi Powder
- Salt to Taste
For Tadka Sauce you will need
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 4 tsp Sugar
- Chili Rings of 2 Chilies
- Squeeze Half Lemon in one Glass Water
For Garnishing You will Need
- Coriander Leaves
- Tomato Ketchup

How To Cook:
How to make Khaman
- Put Butter Milk into the Pan.
- Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- Salt.
- Cook it for 2 minutes on a medium low heat.
- Wash Poha and take it out into the Mixing Bowl.
- When Butter Milk mixture started bubbling add this mixture to the poha or Flattened Rice.
- Mix this very well.
- Take it out in to the Molding Plate.
- Press this with the Hand so it don't brakes while cutting.
- Give it rest for 20 minutes.
- Cut it into the cube shape.
- Separate every cube.
How To Cook Tadka Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Than add the Mustard Seeds.
- Curry Leaves.
- Chili Rings.
- Add Lemon juice of Half Lemon into the 1 Glass Water.
- Add Water.
- Than add the Sugar.
- Mix this well.
- Cook it for 1 minutes.
- When it stated bubbling give Tadks to the Khaman by dropping this mixture on to the Khaman Dhokla with the help of Spoon.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve this very special and new Gujarati instant snack Poha Khaman Dhokla with Tomato Ketchup or Chutney of your choice.
